Shanghai Port F.C Re-signs Media Sponsorship Deal With Asian Betting Platform GD6


Shanghai Port Football Club has re-signed a media sponsorship deal with the Singapore-based online betting platform, GD6.

This latest agreement follows a successful three years for both parties where the team saw an increase in attendance at home matches and on social media channels. Under this new contract, Shanghai Port F.C’s logos will be granted premium advertising space on GD6’s website and exclusive broadcasting rights for all Shanghai Port F.C games in China and other Asian countries throughout the duration of their newly signed agreement.

Gary Lee, Media Director of GD6 said, “We are thrilled to continue our partnership with one of China’s most popular football clubs.” As part of this agreement, the GD6 casino will also sponsor the team’s training gear for all players and coaching staff as well as their home ground, the Pudong Football Stadium.

“We are happy to have been able to extend our long standing relationship with GD6.” said Sun X iang, the Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Port F.C about their latest agreement with the online betting platform.

This sponsorship will allow for an increase in the number of live streams and content created by GD6 via social media platforms like Weibo, WeChat, Bilibili, and more.  The goal is to create awareness about soccer among Chinese audiences as well as provide entertainment for football fans in the upcoming 2022 FIFA World Cup season.
